Description

This offer is for a one, or two very spacious bedrooms on the second level of my house. There are only two bedrooms there, each with own bathroom and walk-in closet with a mini fridge, plus a whole front of the house has a balcony with hammocks and this amazing view! It is not a separate apartment, but it is very private. You will receive a room and a house key, security code, and all information upon arrival.
You will have a full use of the pool, kitchen, and if you wish, it can be for your use only - a kitchenette in the gazebo with a sink, little fridge and a barbecue with a side burner. All guests; families, couples, and single people, who stayed longer cooked and enjoyed the space. I prepare meals around my guests to reassure their privacy. The listed price is for one bedroom reservation, one or two people. Each bedroom has one king bed.
Very quiet and rather secluded. Located in gated community, but it's a last house on the hill and has private security, apart from one at the gate. Very safe.
Two bedrooms for guests, can accommodate 4 on 2 King beds.
I have my separate area, one bedroom and two room office. Locked when I go out, so you have no worries about it.
If I am home, I am working on a book and I will be spending a lot time on it.
I am a clinical psychologist, so I talk to people for living, but I am not a chatty-Cathy. I enjoy people in my home, so, if up for an interaction I will jump in.
(well, my jumping is an overstatement)

If you need to bring more guests, than I can accommodate, I have access to two houses with 10 additional bedrooms just next to me. The prices are bit higher, some double of mine.

Location

My house is 20 min from Liberia LIR airport and I can pick you up, but you would like to have a car in Costa Rica, at least for a part of your stay. There is so much to see! The best if you would book a car but rent it after you sleep here for one night. Renting company will pick you up from here. All restaurants and shops are 5 to 20 min drive.
