Description

My house is a duplex with a main floor and finished basement. Heating is electric and I have air conditioning. My style is all about comfort and practicality. We have 2 lounges, 2 washrooms, a laundry room, a dining room, main kitchen and a smaller secondary one. There is a charming back garden in which to read, relax, have a bbq in the summer.

Location

My home is located in a wonderfully diverse neighborhood. I am a 5 minute walk from a subway station which takes me directly downtown in 15 minutes. It is a great place to walk as it is flat and there are many cafés and parks nearby. Also within a 5 minute walk is a shopping street with pharmacy, post office, banks, stores for groceries, fruits and vegetables, fresh bread, artisanal pasta and many more.
