Location

South St. Vital suburb two minute drive from both a major shopping centre St. Vital Mall, and south perimeter highway around my city. My neighbourhood is friendly, quiet, and close to a movie theatre, and St. Vital Park. I am five doorsteps away from a transit station.

Attractions: The Forks, Assiniboine Zoo with Polar Bear Exhibit, Canadian Human Rights Museum, Legislative Building, MTS/Bell Centre (ice hockey, concerts), IGF Field (football, concerts), and Thermea outdoor spa.

There are a great many fabulous restaurants/cafes here as we have a very diverse cultural population.
