Description

A two-storey wooden beach house (note, it is now Blue!) in a quiet cul-de-sac with a community garden at the end.
I live upstairs as are the 3 bedrooms.
There is a car port, back & side verandah and garden.
I have no pets or children.
The guest bedroom is fairly small and has a double bed and built-in wardrobe.

Location

We are about 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is a small cafe/store at the beach ("Mrs Birdy") and a larger store/cafe/post office at New Brighton-about 5 minutes drive away. We are about 20 mins drive to Byron and about 15 mins to Mullumbimby.
The international airport at Coolangatta (Gold Coast Airport) is about 25 minutes drive north from here.
